Can I leave my pet inside alone?
No. Stay nearby and supervise throughout use. Check the zipper, mesh and frame before each session. Stop using it if your pet chews, claws aggressively, becomes distressed or damages the enclosure.
Will it fit my pet?
The pictured dimensions are approximately 27.5 inches by 27.5 inches. Measure your pet and make sure they can stand, turn and rest comfortably. Suitability also depends on your pet’s activity level and behavior.
How do I set it up and store it?
Open the folded frame carefully, keeping it away from your face and your pet. Let it expand, check the shape and closure, then introduce your pet. Remove your pet before folding it away, and follow the instructions supplied with the product.
Where can I use it?
Use it indoors or in a secure outdoor spot on a flat surface. Keep it away from edges, roads, sharp objects and other animals. It is not a safety barrier for an open balcony and does not provide protection from predators.
How do I clean it?
For everyday dirt, gently wipe the mesh and frame with a damp cloth and let them dry fully before storage. Follow any care instructions included with your playpen.
